Q: How to order / purchase from Ozzy One Stop Photo?

Q: Can we meet up to see the product before purchase?
A: Sure, feel free to walk in to our retail shop (location) to view the product. OR meet us at Bazaar Malam Reko Sentral, Kajang (location), after 9pm everyday (except Monday). But please do inform us first before you plan to meet us at Bazaar Malam Reko Sentral.
Q: Are all your products original?
A: Yes. our product are 100% orginal.
Q: How long will the order arrive once I order?
A: We only sell READY STOCK item, Not pre-order. The item will delivered to you on everyday (Except on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday) after we confirmed and received payment/transaction slip.
Item will be delivered to you via Pos Laju (Fast & Secure delivery) .Tracking number will be given for every purchase with us. 100% secured and easy.

Q: Do you ship outside Malaysia?
A: No we don't. We don't ship worldwide / outside Malaysia at the moment. :(
Q: Do you accept payment using credit card / paypal?
A: Nope, we accept cash only.
Q: How to make the payment?
A: By transfer fund (online banking) to one of our bank accounts (Maybank or CIMB) OR bank in using deposit machine / deposit slip.
Q: Is there any discount or can you give me best price?
A: Our price is fixed, the best and the cheapest we could offer you. But we do give some discount if you purchase in a large quantities of items or our return customer.
We also run promotion once in a while, so keep us in your watch!
Q: What should I do if there is a problem with the item? How does the warranty work?
A: Just contact us and we will settle the problem for you. You might need to send the camera back to us for inspection and to make claim from manufacture. 
Q: Can I get a refund if I don't like the item(s) that I bought?
A: Unfortunately no.
Q: There is a minor damage on the item that I bought upon arrival. Can I exchange with a new one?
A: Yes. Just let us know.
Q: Will you be responsible with the loss of the item during the delivery?
A: Our responsibility doesn't cover the loss of items (parcel) made by Pos Laju. We only cover if there is any damage. Fret not! (Don't worry). We have been selling these cameras for three years and there’s no report from our customer about not getting the parcel yet.
